The breakfast was tasty with an abundance of food, and the location was convenient, near the city center and many attractions.

A lovely place to stay, no reception so gave a feel of living in Amsterdam! A great location, quiet but only 5 minutes walk to the main streets. The room was a great size and the bed was fantastically comfortable. I would definately stay here again. Stayed in room 2F, and was not noisy at all, I noticed another review of this room stating they experienced noise. We didnt, so I guess it just depends on whats happening on the street below :)

The stay was absolutely great. Liked our trip in this excellent modern and ideal hotel. Location: the property was really close to a beautiful canal with boutique shops. For dinner, we went to Fou Fow Udon, it was right at the venue.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet residential district, filled with young families. The location at the bottom of a street next to a peaceful canal is absolutely perfect. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The updated bathrooms add a touch of luxury to the stay.

The suit was very luxuries, big and clean. The bathrooms were very spacey with a big shower. The location of the suite is great, close to everything in a beautiful location and yet very quiet. We just loved it!!!

That there was no sign on the door (Sais AMS) which made it a bit difficult to find. The fact that there is no reception thus not having maps of the city, someone to ask about attractions etc.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a residential district. The room was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The updated bathroom had all the necessary facilities. The location was perfect, in the centre but in a lovely quiet area with young families.

Big bed, Big shower, big towels! big room! Rare for a room in Europe!!!! It was very confortable and we enjoyed a lot our stay there!

They send us an email with the instructions and door password after we made the reservation and we didnt check our email so we arrived to the hotel and there was no check in desk and didnt know what to do!

The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views of the canal and just a short distance from popular attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with large windows that allowed for a cool breeze. I also appreciated the fact that the WiFi was reliable and easy to connect to.

The stairs in the hotel were quite steep, which made it difficult to carry luggage up to the rooms. there was no reception desk, so we had to rely on a code sent via email for entry.

fabulous location in a little side street off prinsengracht, our room was very spacious and beautifully designed, we loved the bathroom

had problems to find the hotel, as there was no address neither on the directions or the booking confirmation, just a little map. neighbours didn't know the hotel. finally managed to find it by mapping the logo on one of the doors to the logo on our printed directions ;-)

The hotel was clean and spacious with a good bed and large TV. It looks like the apartment has recently been refurbished. The bathroom was spotless with a good size shower (no bath). There was no problem with outside noise as we were located in a side street. Location is close to Leidesplein where there are some nice bars and plenty of shops. I've stayed in Amsterdam many times before, for the price AMS Suites are a bargain which we'd thoroughly recommend.

The location was a little difficult to find. The narrow stairway may be difficult for elderly people. No bath.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me. It was close enough to everything but not too close. The hotel was located in a lovely area that was in a quiet neighbourhood. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were great.
